Avalon Yoga, now in its ninth year, occupies a fully dedicated yoga studio equipped with wall straps, bars, timber apparatus, and catering for all levels of yoga.
At Avalon Yoga we practice Hatha Yoga. Our lessons are taught with an emphasis on the breath and the precise alignment of the body. Jacqui Giuliano is the principal yoga teacher with more than 20 years of personal practice and over 10 years teaching experience. She is also an accredited Zen Shiatsu practitioner & teaches the Healing with Wholefoods cooking course.
All the teachers at Avalon Yoga are trained to ensure your yoga (asana) practice is safe, supported & integrated towards greater strength & flexibility in both the mind & body. Each class will embrace a mindful practice of breathing (pranayama) & meditation (dhyana).
